    Position Purpose Summary

    Serve as the first point of contact for guests arriving to the Corporate headquarters. Provide primary switchboard coverage and maintain security coverage.  Builds and maintains business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.  Provide back-up to facilities function by processing mail, entering service requests and other related duties.

    Responsibilities

    • Understands the company’s vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordingly.
    • Provide primary switchboard coverage and maintain a “nerve center” method of security coverage.
    • Meet and greet visitors and employees and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Light housekeeping duties in common areas.
    • Ensures excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to project a professional company image in person and through phone interaction.  
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.  Switchboard operations experience preferred.  
    • Must be self-motivated and possess good organizational and time management skills.  
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.  General knowledge handling internal and external customer issues.
    • Follow up with customers and promptly resolve problems.
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant systems technology.
